Welcome to the official State of New York Constitution Party website. The Constitution Party of New York is building its party for ballot access in New York for the 2010 election.

We will build the party up and elect a candidate from within our party. We believe our candidate from within will best represent our beliefs and stay true to our platform. This will ensure that no matter what candidate we elect, big name or small he or she will never be bigger than the party as a whole. We will not be persuaded by lobbyist or other parties on our stance for American citizens. We will not broker deals behind closed doors, we will not put a paycheck ahead of our fellow citizens. We will read a bill before we sign it. We will bring to light anything that might infringe on our liberties from within the government to the public. We are here to defend you.

It is time New York gets representatives that will stand up for our constitutional rights, liberties, and freedoms our founding fathers granted to us. It is time to remember our long past neighbor’s who once lived here and fought for these rights that are being striped by our state and government day by day.

I ask you as an American citizen, and fellow New Yorker to stand with us to restore our rights. Stand with us to restore the constitution. Stand with us to make common sense decisions these politicians of late can’t do.
